Exhibit Information
The exhibition is displayed from Monday, September 16th through Friday, September 20th, 2019 at the University of Vienna.
Please inform us which electronic devices you will have on site.
You can set up your booth on Saturday, September 14th,2019 from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. and on Sunday, September 15th, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.
Exhibitors will need to take down their exhibits on Friday, September 20th, 2019, from 01:00 p.m.– to 05:00 p.m. or on Saturday, September 21st, 2019, from 08:00 a.m.– 01:00 p.m.
Exhibitors who will not attend the conference for the entire time, you may take your exhibits down anytime daily after 6:00 pm.

Shipping of Exhibition Materials to the University of Vienna
With respect to delivery and handling of material for exhibition the exhibitors are free to work with any transport company of their choice. We advise you to forward the following informations to your contractors.

- Please note for the delivery of material the limitation to the size of a euro-pallet not exceed 90 cm in width and 500 kg in weight.
- Information about access to the building, parking for unloading, details on size and weight restrictions for the shipped items will be distributed upon confirmation of the order and issueing the contract.
- Special requirements, e.g. non-standard settings, special requests on electricity, the set-up of real instruments for operation on site, special requests for storage and set up with respect to the given time slots must be indicated with the order.
- Include the conference and a contact name on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping from the University of Vienna
- All boxes must be properly sealed and labeled with the outgoing shipping information.
- If the University of Vienna arranges the shipping of your materials, there will be an additional charge.
- The University of Vienna and IEPC are not responsible for any materials lost or damaged during shipment. Shipment of exhibit materials is done so at exhibitor's risk.
