Registration and Submission Deadlines
Authors wishing to present a paper on the topics listed below should submit an abstract limited to max. 3500 characters (including spaces) online by midnight GMT February 14th, 2019.
- Abstracts may include up to 5 images or tables. Each image/table inserted into the abstract accounts for 250 characters.
- Abstracts may include up to 10 references each accounts for 20 characters.
- You can upload images in JPG or PNG format. The max. size of an image is max. 2,5 MB.
Abstracts should represent new results that have not been previously presented in other forums. Abstracts will be reviewed by the IEPC Technical Committee.
Authors will be notified starting April 8th, 2019 (April 1st, 2019), on the outcome of the review process.
Due to the extension of deadline for abstract submissions (US Govt Shutdown), we ask your understanding that the final answer regarding abstract status has been pushed to April 8th, 2019, which is also the registration start for the conference.
The DEADLINE for full paper submission is online by midnight GMT SEPTEMBER 1st, 2019 (two weeks before the conference).
(This deadline will be automatically extended to September 15th if you registered by September 1, 2019.)
If you have not submitted your paper nor registered by the deadline, your paper will be removed from the technical programme.
