Paper Guidelines

• Authors are required to use the MS Word file template or latex template (iepc2019.sty, preparation of papers) when writing their paper(s). The template is based on the AIAA template and is similar to ones used in previous years at the IEPC.
• Please submit the final paper as a PDF file (.pdf file extension).
• Submissions should be handled online through the Submission Site latest September 1st 2019. If you registered before September 1st 2019, the paper submission deadline is extended to September 15th, 2019. You may upload revisions until September 20th, 2019.
• Speakers who do not submit a paper will not be allowed to make a presentation.
• Papers may be revised and resubmitted online until the deadline.
• There is no page limit but a limit of 5MB per paper.
